First, you need to click access the ftp server by following the next link: ftp://ftp.emetrosigns.com
  You will be prompt to login. Use the following information:
  Username: u44906543-metrosigns
Password: (Please call (915)-544-9106 to obtain your password)
 
 
You will now be able to see the contents of the server.
 
 
Now open Windows Explorer (Window Key + E) and look for the file you want to upload.
Do not close your Internet Explorer Window.
 
 
Finally drag the file you want to upload into the Internet Explorer Window.
 
 
Just wait for the transfer to finish. Once done, you should see the file in the Internet Explorer window.

For this you will have to download a free program called "CyberDuck". Once you have downloaded and opened the program, click on the "Open Connection" image.
 
 

You will then be asked to provide login information.
Use the following information:
 
Server: ftp.emetrosigns.com
Port: 21
Username: u44906543-metrosigns
Password: (Please call (915)-544-9106 to obtain your password)
 
Once you have entered your login information click on Connect.
 
 
Now just drag the files you want to upload into the CyberDuck window space.
 
 
You should see the progress of your upload.
